Meet Nyla B.
Hi, I’m Nyla! I’m a creative person who likes trying different things and finding different ways to express myself. I’ve always enjoyed creating, whether that’s through drawing, designing, writing, or just coming up with random ideas and seeing where they take me.
I don’t really like limiting myself to just one thing because there’s always something new I want to learn or try. This website is a place where I can share some of the things I’ve created and give you a little look into the different sides of my creativity.
My Design Journey
Interior design is something I’ve been interested in for a long time, and now I’m actually pursuing it as a career. I’m currently studying Interior Design at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where I’m learning more about design, architecture, space planning, and how to take an idea and turn it into an actual design.
My interest in interior design started when I was younger. I’ve always loved looking at buildings and spaces, and honestly, playing The Sims 4 was a big part of how I started creating my own spaces. What started as something I enjoyed doing eventually became something I realized I could see myself doing as a career.
I’m still learning and figuring out what kind of designer I want to be, but I’m excited to see where it takes me.
